Strange Brew's Cream Ale is a light, easy drinking ale. Despite the name, a cream ale is not a creamy beer; instead it is best described as an ale version of an American Lager. The beer pours a very light straw gold color with a huge white head. The aroma and flavor are largely corn based, thanks to the large addition of flaked corn with hints of malty sweetness. This kit includes grains (crushed for your convenience), hops, yeast, bottle caps, priming sugar, a muslin bag, irish moss, and malt extract (if the kit is an extract kit). Each kit is put together when you order to ensure you are brewing with the freshest ingredients possible. Complete and easy to follow instructions are included to help you along on brew day.
